I understand the desire for unique, handcrafted jewellery that tells a personal story. If you're looking to create a piece that embodies your vision, my commission service is the perfect opportunity to bring your ideas to life.

When you commission a piece, you can expect a collaborative process where we discuss your preferences for gems, metals, and the overall complexity of the design. This ensures that the final product is not only beautiful but also meaningful to you.

Fees for commissioned pieces are available upon request. I encourage you to reach out and have a conversation with me about your ideas, as this will help me provide you with an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs.

Please keep in mind that commissioned pieces may take up to 4 weeks to complete. This timeframe allows me to dedicate the necessary time and care to craft your unique jewellery piece to the highest standards.

A deposit of at least 50% is required to begin the commission process, as quoted by myself, Sarah, on a case by case basis. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place in my schedule and covers the initial costs of materials and design work. I appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it reflects the nature of custom-made jewellery.

It's important to note that any item made to order or resized to order is considered custom-made and is therefore non-refundable. I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your piece, so I encourage open communication throughout the design process to make sure your vision is realised.
