Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Resized & Custom Orders Please note that resized rings and custom-made pieces may take between 3-6 weeks to complete. A more reliable timeframe can be provided for each individual purchase - please message Sarah at sarah@sarahjanepalmerlondon.com to discuss your specific requirements.
UK Shipping We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders, ensuring your jewellery is tracked and fully insured during transit. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping We ship worldwide using tracked and insured services equivalent to Royal Mail Special Delivery. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
International Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
