Two yellow sapphires (3×4mm) and two red sapphires (3×4mm) frame a bright orange sapphire (5×7mm, 0.86cts) at its heart, each stone of very high quality cut and clarity, carefully set in sterling silver. All the sapphires are natural and heat treated.
